3. Let’s plan your tour together
   
   I will reply and ask a few questions to understand your wishes.
   I can also suggest places to visit and help you make the best plan for your time in Japan.
    

4. Confirm the details
   
   Once we agree on the tour plan, I will send you the full details, including:

   • Tour schedule and duration

   • Meeting place and time

   • Total cost
      

5. Complete your reservation
   
   After you confirm the details, your tour will be reserved.
   I will also explain how to make the payment if needed.
    

6. Feel free to ask questions
   
   If you have any questions before or after booking, you are always welcome to contact me.
    

Note:

• My tours are designed for up to 4 guests.

• If your group has more than 4 people, please contact me in advance — I will be happy to discuss possible arrangements.

• Most of my tours are walking tours using public transportation.
  If you or someone in your group has difficulty walking or standing for long periods,
  please let me know in advance — these tours may not be suitable.

• If you prefer a tour by car, I can help arrange a vehicle upon request (additional cost may apply).

• WhatsApp is my preferred way of communication because it makes it easier to exchange information quickly and clearly.

• The tour fee is a group price, not per person.
  The price shown is the total cost for your group.

• Payment is expected in Japanese yen (JPY), unless we agree otherwise in advance.
